Applier is a mobile application that:

• Automatically fills job application forms using AI.
   
• Provides AI-powered interview preparation and response feedback.
   

The Service is intended to assist users in streamlining their job search but does not guarantee employment outcomes.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your user profile and job applications.
   
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
   
• Respect third-party websites and platforms you interact with via the app (e.g., job boards, employer portals).
   

Some features of Applier may be available only through paid subscriptions. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe or Apple/Google in-app purchases). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software within Applier are the property of Applier or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Applier may interface with third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful conduct.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job placement, uninterrupted availability, or accuracy of AI-generated responses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Applier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
